Our sustainability journey is guided by the Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs) and the Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating (STAR) of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
Through STGs STAR, we continue to develop responsible practices across our hotels—from how we use energy and water, to how we work with local communities, manage resources, support our team members, preserve local culture, and create meaningful experiences for our guests.

WHAT IS STGs STAR?
Sustainable Tourism Goals × Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating
The Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs) are Thailand's tourism-focused sustainability framework developed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and adapted to the Thai tourism context.

The framework encourages tourism businesses to create positive impact across four important dimensions:

Responsible management, safety, education, transparency and collaboration.

02 — Socio-Economic Impact
Supporting local employment, local businesses, fair opportunities and community income.
​
03 — Cultural Preservation
Respecting and protecting local culture, heritage, traditions and communities.

04 — Environmental Responsibility
Using resources responsibly, reducing waste and emissions, protecting water and ecosystems, and responding to climate change.

The STAR system evaluates tourism businesses according to their progress and achievements across the STGs and awards a rating from 3 to 5 stars.
